An active (“JSMP”) Jobs and Skills Management plan enables individuals to anticipate technology changes in order to become active in their future development and ambitions. This tool also allows to have a more global vision on TRONICO’s resources and knowledge in order to better meet today and tomorrow’s challenges.

To assist this approach, TRONICO allocates an important budget for training (twice as much as the mandatory legal budget) and has its own onsite training centre with two dedicated instructors

TRONICO has developed Schools partnerships, and welcome numerous trainees and apprentices every year.
